Welcome to Decorent! By purchasing products or booking decorating services from Decorent (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (decorent.com) and all purchases and services provided by Decorent LLC. By accessing our website, making a purchase, or booking decorating services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Sales

  • Product Availability: All ornaments, décor, and related items are subject to availability.

  • Unique Designs: Many of our products are designed in-house and may be available in limited quantities.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and may be updated without notice.

  • Condition of Products: All products are sold new. Returns are only accepted in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Decorating Services

  • Scope: Decorating services may include tree setup, installation of garlands and wreaths, styling of living spaces, bedrooms, dining rooms, or other custom décor as agreed upon.

  • Customization: Services will be tailored to your chosen style, subject to product availability.

  • Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing access to your space at the agreed-upon time.

  • Cancellations: Service cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Liability: We take great care when decorating; however, Decorent is not responsible for incidental damage to existing furniture, fixtures, or property.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Nationwide Shipping: We ship ornaments and décor throughout the U.S.

  • Delivery Windows: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of Loss: Once items are delivered, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases. In summary:

  • Unused ornaments and décor may be returned within [X days—recommend 14] of delivery.

  • Decorating service fees are refundable only if canceled within the timeframe outlined above.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decorent LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your purchase or use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.
