At Decorent, we want you to love your holiday experience. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards.

Physical Products (Ornaments & DΓ©cor)

  • Returns: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Exclusions: Final sale items, limited-edition designs, or customized dΓ©cor are not eligible for return.

Decorating Services

  • Cancellations: If you cancel 7 days or more before your scheduled decorating date, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before your scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Completed Services: Once a decorating service has been provided, it is non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@decorent.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
