Three Free Policy

We know the holidays can be full of pets, kids, and happy chaos — and sometimes accidents happen. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

With our 3-Free Policy, we’ll cover up to three broken ornaments or décor items during your decorating service at no cost to you. After that, additional replacements will be billed at the current market value listed on our website.

What’s Included

🎄 Ornaments, garlands, and decorative accents.
🎄 Normal accidents (knocked off branches, curious pets, playful kids).

What’s Not Included

🎄 Lights and electrical items (these are reviewed case-by-case).
🎄 Intentional misuse or neglect.

If a string of lights stops working without visible damage, we’ll cover it. If cords are cut, pulled, or torn, a replacement fee will apply.

Our goal is to let you enjoy your beautifully decorated space stress-free, knowing a few slips won’t ruin the season.
